How we handle the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send a business inquiry, we collect your name, company, work email, market or ZIP code, service of interest, estimated daily volume, desired start date and your message. We do not ask for phone numbers, payment details or documents through this form.
Technical data we collect automatically
When you submit the form, our systems also record a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address and of the email you entered — not the actual address itself — so we can detect spam and abusive submissions. This scrambled version is kept only for a short time and is deleted automatically; it is separate from the inquiry itself described above.
Why we use it
Only to review and reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible business relationship. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in Condor’s business systems, which run on Google Firebase and Google Cloud. Access is limited to authorized Condor staff.
Who else can see it
We do not share your information with marketing companies, advertising networks, data brokers or outside sales tools. The only outside company involved is Google, which provides the cloud infrastructure our systems run on (Firebase and Google Cloud) — the same way an email provider or a web host works for any business. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep your business inquiry until Condor deletes it or you ask us to delete it by writing to contact@condortransportation.us. The short-lived technical data described above is deleted automatically and is never kept long-term.
Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information
You can write to contact@condortransportation.us at any time to ask for a copy of the inquiry information we have about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to have it deleted. We will respond to you directly.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from our own domain.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track visitors or use advertising trackers in the first place, there is nothing for that signal to turn off — every visitor is treated the same way, whether or not their browser sends it.
Children’s privacy
This website is a business information site for Condor Transportation and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information through this form, write to contact@condortransportation.us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the bottom. Check back here if you want to know what has changed.
