Condor Transportation

Technology developed by the people who run the operation

Our owner, a computer engineer, built the driver application and the management portals we use every day. That lets us adapt processes and data workflows without waiting on a third party for each change.

Driver onboarding

Drivers register in the Condor app. Our team reviews onboarding documents, W-9 forms and signed agreements, approves applications and keeps the records. Expiration alerts flag documents before they lapse.

Route operations

After approval, drivers get route planning, pay receipts, communications and incident reporting. Our route system records proof of delivery with time and location, and maps keep working offline once downloaded.

Business visibility

The administrative portal holds two years of operating history: routes executed, client billing, collections, driver payments and forecasts.

Working with your systems

Part of our operation runs on the scanners and delivery software that each client requires. We use our own tools alongside those systems, and we adapt route data from structured files to fit each program.

Offline maps keep navigation available after download; they do not replace a data connection for live communication.
