Condor Transportation

Services

We take responsibility for the people and the process behind your delivery routes, from the first recruit to a stable daily operation.

Managed Last-Mile Delivery

Residential and commercial delivery on your routes, following the instructions attached to each parcel.

  • Direct signatures when required
  • Photos and proof of delivery as the client specifies
  • Exception handling and priority deliveries

Driver Team Operations

We recruit, onboard and run the driver team so your station managers have one point of coordination.

  • Recruitment, document review and onboarding
  • Training and daily route assignment
  • Coordination with station managers, driver communications, driver payments and real-time support

Station Launch & Expansion

Condor staff work on site during start-up and stay until the operation is stable.

  • Operating procedures and standards set from day one
  • Follow-through until daily execution is stable
  • Training of a local coordinator to keep the standard going

Peak Season & Overflow Support

Scalable teams for seasonal demand and for routes that need additional coverage.

  • Volume, geography and vehicles confirmed before capacity is committed
  • Rates and preparation time agreed up front
  • Teams that ramp up and down with the season

Parcel Preparation & Station Support

Hands-on experience inside client stations, using the client’s own equipment. Scope is set in each agreement.

  • Unloading parcels from containers
  • Placing parcels on the belt
  • Scanning and labeling with client equipment

Start with a focused team. Grow with your volume.

We can plan an initial deployment of 5–10 drivers and expand as route volume develops. Our experience managing larger teams supports planning for 50+ drivers, with recruitment, training and vehicle requirements agreed before launch.

  • Scalable teams of 50+ drivers
  • Programs planned for 5,000+ parcels per day, subject to route design, staffing and agreed ramp-up

Productivity depends on stop density, distance from the station, parcel size, signatures, delivery windows, returns and sort time. Parcels are not the same as stops, so we size each team from your route data.

Vehicles

We match recruitment and vehicle selection to package size, route density and operating requirements. Our experience includes sedans, SUVs, minivans and cargo vans.

A delivery partnership, not a one-off

We are interested in recurring route programs and long-term delivery partnerships with predictable volume. Dedicated capacity can be considered when supported by agreed operating requirements and commercial terms.
